KUALA LUPMUR，Oct 29 – “ Beautiful Ancient Capital , Amazing Nanjing” Short Essay Contest result announced today.
This short essay competition was jointly organised by the China Cultural Center Kuala Lumpur （CCCKL） and Nanjing Tourism Southeast Asia promotion centre with the Media partner of Malaysia-China Insight. The contest started on 22nd September and closed on 21st Oct 2020.
Mr. Zhang Jiexin, director of China Cultural centre In KL , told MCI that this contest received a few hundred photos with short essays ,which included Nanjing’s tourist attractions, cultural traditions , delicacies , and city entertainment . Total 66 contestants were chosen by the judges and prizes were presented through a special “clouding presentation ceremony” due to covid-19 CMCO. CCCKL will continue to organise various cultural and tourism events to enhance bilateral relations between Malaysia and China.
Dato’ Keith li , the Chief representative of Nanjing tourism in Southeast Asia , told MCI that the essays from the contestants showed their enthursiam and passion on Nanjing. We hope later Nanjing tourism could come out with more various events after covid – 19 to attract more Malaysians visiting Nanjing. Li also expressed special thanks to Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association for its kind sponsorship.
